Freedom of Information

If you would like to make a request for documentation that is in the possession of The Corporation of the Township of St. Clair, you will need to complete a Freedom of Information request.

There is a $5 application fee each request. This payment can be made:

  • By Mail (cheque) if completing the online form or printed PDF copy of the form.
  • In person (cash or debit) if completing the online form or printed PDF copy of the form.

Additional fees may be charged in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and/or the Personal Health Information Protection Act.
