I hope everyone is staying healthy and I trust that everyone is doing their part to flatten the curve. I’m writing to reassure you that LAWSS Operations remains unaffected by COVID-19. OCWA continues to be successful at keeping their operational staff separated. As indicated previously, the disinfection process used at the LAWSS WTP kills viruses, this includes COVID-19. Limiting the Operator’s exposure to possible outside sources continues to take top priority. As the situation continues, it can also be reported that there are no short-term or long-term chemical supply issues expected.
