NOTICE OF PASSING OF A TOWNSHIP SIGN BYLAW

Please be advised that Council has passed Bylaw 13 of 2017 being a bylaw to regulate all signs within the Township.  Until this point, there has been no bylaw in place regulating signs.  The new Bylaw requires all signs on industrial, commercial and institutional land to obtain a permit from the township prior to installation.  All existing signs are exempt from this bylaw and will require no permit; however, if a sign is being amended or changed in a significant way, a permit will be required.  You can find a copy of the Bylaw by clicking here or please contact Clerk Jeff Baranek with any questions or concerns.
