Winter Parking By-Law

The amended winter parking by-law will go into effect on Monday, April 3rd, 2023.  Under this by-law, it is against the law to leave vehicles of any kind parked on public streets and roads overnight from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m, December 1 through April 1.

Property owners are also reminded that it is against the law to shovel snow out into public streets.  These snow piles create dangerous obstacles that can contribute to needless automobile collisions.
