NOTICE: Final 2026 Property Tax Bills Issued

The Township of St. Clair has sent out the final property tax bills for 2026, with the following installment due dates:

Final Installment 1: Thursday, July 30, 2026
Final Installment 2: Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026

Payment options include:

  • Monthly pre-authorized
  • Pay online or by phone with your bank
  • In person at your bank branch
  • Mail a cheque
  • Debit/cash/cheque at Civic Centre
  • Drop a cheque into the secure drop box at Civic Centre front door
  • Credit card, debit, available for a fee on www.paysimply.ca

PLEASE NOTE that if your property taxes are paid through your bank or credit union, you will still receive a copy of your tax bill either through e-billing (if you are registered) or by mail. This copy is provided for your records and should be retained for income tax purposes. No payment is required on your part, as the tax bill has already been forwarded to your bank or credit union for payment.

Emails have also been sent out to those signed up for eBilling. If you do not receive your tax bill(s) in the mail by July 7, please contact us at taxes@stclairtownship.ca.
